I can allow that perhaps Burke suffers Mr. Magoo-level myopia, but he can’t tell one woman from another at point-blank range?

(Hmm…maybe Selina researched what perfume Tiffany favored and doused herself therein to further the imposture?)

I can buy that the room is darker than it appears on the page but is he also unable to recognize that this isn't his partner's voice?

That’s Jim Balent for you. His run as artist on Catwoman is… memorable.

Have a friend who doesn't really follow American comics stumble upon JB's Catwoman in a store. She was ... fascinated. I didn't have it in me to tell her it was mild compared to Tarot.

To be honest I still have a soft spot for this series, but yeesh the art... you guys better enjoy it while it lasts, because Giordano was probably the best inker Balent ever got.
