The artist here -- Caitlin Yarsky, I think? -- has a wonderful knack for facial expressions. Kind of half Amanda Conner, half Kevin Maguire?

Also I love the little mouse pounding the dais next to Mouse Man.

But seeing as Steve is back alive somehow in Trinity: Daughter of Wonder Woman #1. I am hopeful. Steve will met Lizzie.

I think Tom King works at lot better at these more light-hearted stories (like all the Trinity stuff as well) than with the overly grim stuff from his Batman, etc. This is actually fun!

I can't tell if you're saying this is meant to be anti-government or pro-government but for all it's faults, this entire Wonder Woman run which is almost entirely focused on Wonder Woman taking on the American government, so I don't think it's on that side, and if you think it's hypocritical for it to be anti-government after the writer joined the CIA, I don't really see why Tom can't change his views over time.
