That big monster mouth of teeth would certainly track with this " man who doesn't joke "'s face doing everything but smiling.

(Also, Hawkman's got a seat at the table - he's not just a goon.)

That's definitely Absolute Joker, or at least him as a human. With the emphasis on how this guy never laughs, my money is on a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde thing. Probably with extra body horror, knowing Snyder.

Amidst all the not-subtle allusions about The Man Who Doesn't Joke, kind of impressed Ewing managed to apparently resist the temptation to have anyone saying Hector Hammond doesn't have a swollen head.
