Mod Post - 2026 - Times to come

Well, we made it folks, we made it through the flaming shitshow which was much of 2025.

Let us hope that 2026 treats us a ilttle more gently, or at least we can try at a personal level to treat other people more gently, just.. y'know... in general.

So the questions today are:

What are you looking forward comics-wise in 2026?

• A new series?
• A new character?
• A new title?
• A new creative team taking over an old title?
• An existing character getting more focus?

Speaking personally I'm interested in the upcoming Mirage mini-series

I want to see the fall out of the Age of Revelation and what it means for my old favourite Doug.

The news of more "Check! Please" was a delightful surprise.

Looking forward to the wrap-up of Zander Cannon's superlative "Sleep". It'll be a hell of a job to tie together the threads in one issue, but I'm sure he can do it!

The "Death Spiral" Venom/Spider-Man/Carnage crossover is piqueing my attention. I liked what Would did with Carnage and Eddie Brock, and I LOVE everything VenoMJ from Ewing, and the design of "Torment" seems neat.

NTM previously Kieron Gillen has said that a place to wrap up "The Power Fantasy" would have been #16, so I'm intrigued to see how he and Casper Wijngard take the story past that.
