Damien wins in a fierce battle. Bruce admits defeat. Before he left. Bruce created bat box, out of the mother box that broken in the first issue. So he can be connected to the bat family from the different fake alternate realities.





Batman will re-enter into the tournament and fight along side the other champions in K.O #4.

Few things I like in this reality. Jason married Rose Wilson and had a kid with her. Bruce having ice cream with Stephanie. Is playing chess game with Tim drake, laughing with Cassandra Cain at a joke. Dick grayson is married to Barbara and had a kid also. Also listening to new music with Duke.

It's decently written and drawn, but this mini is still " we shunted Batman off into his own mini because we knew you'd all kvetch if Batman did anything other than sweep everyone ", and that's hilarious.

I love the ways in which this event is imaginative, and I hate the ways in which it's unimaginative. Like, is there really any freakin' surprise to the fact that it's all coming down to Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, and their two most recognizable archenemies? Because being just the right kind of nuts is SO much better a superpower than magic.

I know it'll never happen, but I'd love to see the championship go to some guys who haven't had a book of their own since 1999 or so. Not every contest lines up with eight decades of fan momentum! Mazing Man should save us all!

I enjoyed this in the abstract but I hate that it was basically a glorified way to get Batman back in the final fight. I’d honestly applauded him being a first round casualty.
