So Verity's first major action in Alfred's role was to arrange for assassins to kill (or at least try to kill, I don't know if either survived) each other?

Also, do Luchadores regularly engage in battles to the death?

I'm definitely getting the same feel from these assassins as I did from the Black Glove's oddball assortment in Morrison's run, that these are at the same time new AND disposable characters. I wasn't overly fond of the Morrison team, we shall see how this goes.

Feels like Verity could be excused on the same merits of "Alfred with a shotgun." The killers were trying to kill each other, and no collateral damage occurred in an elevator!

What are the chances there won't be collateral damage when they clash? Especially when at least one seems to go for mass murder.

Edit - To me at least this seems less "Alfred with a shotgun." and more like "Spoiler with a gang war."

Not sure, but in Verity's defense, Stephanie probably never tried explaining her plans with the "ah eto bleh" eye expressions!
