Yeah, this Harvey is one who has already decided on the outcome he wants, and is just creating options for how to get there, and even twisting those as he sees fit.

I hate how some people still do this with the character, right up to stuff like David Hine's JOKER'S ASYLUM: TWO-FACE. Same damn thing: theatrical death trap, forcing someone to make a choice that's really no choice at all, with no other purpose than to twist the knife cruelly.

Harvey is not frickin' Jigsaw from SAW. Hell, even Jigsaw is arguably more fair than this Two-Face.
