News from NYComicCon - Marvel Onslaught
Oct. 11th, 2010 06:29 am1st and most importantly all of this comes from various pages compiled over at CosmicBookNews as they report on the news.
First up: ONSLAUGHT.
Last time, it took the whole of the X-men, core Marvel 616 heroes and Franklin Richard's reality warping powers to exile Onslaught to a pocket dimension (thought the X-men thought they had destroyed their colleagues in the process). But it was only a ring-out. What will it take to beat him?
For legality, one of the big feats for Onslaught.

Date: 2010-10-11 11:57 pm (UTC)Except when it came to the infamous Death Mate crossover. Where after a year of delays his Valiant colaborlator had to fly out to his house and force him to do his damn job and draw his pages of the issue.

Nope. Can't find it. I can't find a single damn to give Marvel about this.

Date: 2010-10-11 05:02 pm (UTC)Yeah, ripping the gem out of Cain's chest when it was never there is one humongous feat. What? Did the writer think he ate the thing?
Besides, Onslaught fails at internal logic. He just got through saying that Juggernaut is invulnerable when the gem is bonded to him, and then proceeds to rip through his armor (invulnerable), flesh (invulnerable) and maybe even his forcefield (invulnerable). Which, by his own admission, he can't do.
Argh!
