So, i saw last night's Smallville episode, a little apprehensive, as Conner Kent is one of my favorite characters next to Tim Drake. well i was not at all disappointed, it was handled very well and IMHO very true to the character...

This was actually my favorite part from last night... but my FAVORITE part starts around 53 seconds in...

Dreamwidth and Livejournal have been awkward about this lately, if you were to go to the list of options when you click the Embedded option, then it should offer the choice of having the old Embedded Code.

Click that, and it should work IF the scene has embedding enabled.

Good stuff. I wonder what Tom Welling and Erica Durance will do after SMALLVILLE ends. Either might do a good job on a sitcom, but not one with a laugh track. Hollywood should realize the sitcom has "outgrown" the laugh track.

Tom's producing 'Hellcats' on the CW, possibly his payoff for doing the tenth season. He's been producing/directing for awhile, and I'd venture a guess that being passed over for the supposed Superman movie franchise back when TPTB decided to let Singer develop his love letter to the Reeves movies might have left him a bit bitter toward the acting thing. YMMV.

Good thing it wasn't Lana who walked in, poor Conner would have had Clark AND Lex's infatuation with her mixed into in his DNA, there'd have been a smoking crater the size of a football pitch where once a barn had stood.

It always amused me that it was Clark's teacher who initially triggered his eyejaculation, and that he had to focus on Lana in order to make it work later on. (Creepy choice also when Kara's was triggered by Jimmy Olsen. I mean, cute and all, but heat vision inducing?)

Given she's from a world where Tom Welling would be the norm, Jimmy as the slightly nerdy but cute and brave little fellow probably counts as exotic. :)

I regret not following Smallville from the beginning. At the time, I was thinking "Superman without the suit or flying? Pass." Mistake. Alternating it into the Netflix queue has gotten me to episode 12 of the first season so far.

Misuse of X-ray vision, always so hilarious every time, never gets old.

Not too bad, a little odd but hey, that's Smallville. Though admittedly my first thought was Conner was x-raying Lois but it at least resulted in an amusing Clark turning Conner around.

I've never been into Smallville but Darkseid looking like Darkseid has me intrigued. If Ironside does "the voice" they will have finally hooked me.

It's our fault, you know. They won't do it until the last season, but because the show's so popular who knows when that will be. Wasn't the 7th season the original 'final' season? If I was a betting man, I'd put money on there being an 11th season.
