Please. That's perfectly in keeping with the slasher theme. There's more than one movie about Vagina Dentitia being the main threat, so that's not as bad.

And actually only one of those films is foreign.

And then there's its presence in world mythologies...

Except in the preview linked she's shown to have acid spit and in her first apearnace, she transformed an entire bathtub into an acid bath.

That spit acid seems to work differently than her normal acid and is a different colour.

Judging by Cassie's squicked reaction to the bathtub full of acid I say my original statement holds.
