That would be Incredible Hulks #626, which kicked off "The Spy Who Smashed Me." It's basically a Bond movie with the Hulk crammed into it, complete with a tuxedo made of unstable molecules.

Amadeus is basically Pak's pet character and has been in the Hulk's book on an on and off basis for quite a while, dating as far back as Planet Hulk.

The Hulk was around in Amadeus' introductory story. He was a Hulk supporting character before he started palling around with Herc.
