Not anymore apparently.

Feeding on Wolverine's blood helps keep Jubilee's blood lust down, act almost human, it even lets her go out into weak sunlight without burning up.

Yep, though I think bludlust only really happens to new borns, the older ones seem to have it in check.

Jubilee is actually a mutant among Vampires, she can do things normal vampires can't probably due to being a mutant, using wolverine's blood, and being turned by Xarus

I think Jubilee knows that--I haven't read Wolverine and Jubilee, but I would imagine that she would not want to be a Vamp anymore, so she could be biting X-23 to stop the process.

Nah, that's not what happened - Jubilee didn't initiate this at all: X-23 opened a wound on her neck (either due to going through a self-destructive streak, or to see if Jubes is as beholden to her instincts as X-23 has been recently).

It's why I don't mind her being a vamp. Sure, she's a *little* angsty because of it, but she's still Jubes.

Has she met up with Spitfire yet? 'Cause she's also a superhero turned kinda-vampire so she could give her some pointers. Also she's going out with Blade, so it's probably advisable she give him/them the heads up so he doesn't kill Jubes by mistake.

Blade teamed up with the X-men during the arc where Jubilee was turned. I assume he already knows that the X-men have her under control.
