I thought, considering recent days, that it would be a good time to post this single scan from Mini Marvels that I've been meaning to post.

And don't worry, when the universe is raining on you, things'll always turn out for the best.

The context is: Human Torch has left the Fantastic Four because they want him to flame off. And all the other superteams want him to flame off too. But he's sturdy! He knows what he wants!

Mini Marvels always brighten up my day too.

Also, it helps a bit if you check the box for "View comment pages in your own journal style" on your account settings/Viewing Options and then read the community through friends page. Takes away the sidebar from the right, but pics come up whole that way.

No, that's the way it works, alas. However, you can also manually add ?style=mine to the end of any entry URL that's not displaying properly. Anyway, it looks like they changed the layout again so it might not matter anymore.

Ok, I've always loved the Mini Marvels, but the "et tu, universe?" line utterly and completely sold me. I have to get some Mini Marvels goodness now.

I tried looking for it, and I found four matches. Can you please tell me which one of these comics has the page you scanned?

It's from the first digest (http://www.mycomicshop.com/search?TID=14791991), not the Secret Invasion one. And I am pretty sure that one also includes the first two links.

I like both of them, but I really like the Secret Invasion one. The older stuff isn't as good in my humble opinion, and the Secret Invasion one doesn't have as much older stuff (though it does have a little - like the strip with Dr.Doom transporting himself into our world to find secrets about the heroes in the Local Comic Shop). I'd recommend both, though. But if I had to pick one of the Digests, I'd go with the SI.
