Here is the Team-Up many have waited for!

The issue starts with a flashback about Jason's training, about not panicking and always ready to adapt to the situation. Then, we are introduced to the furry guys who got Jason out.



They said they were only sent to rescue him, but they won't tell him anything else. So, Jason starts fighting them. It doesn't take long until the Dynamic Duo arrives.



Dick, Damian and Jason manage to stand against them, and finally Jason is about to kill one of the guys from the group, until they give him a phone call from their leader. Jason doesn't really care that much until they mention him they have someone.



So they decide to work together...



Yay! No more Dildo Head!

Torn on the art. On one hand, I love the feel of it, the lines, the confidence in the curves and the gorgeous inking. And the colorist just went above and beyond.

On the other, the artist also seems to have a limited range for faces. Especially orientation - either somewhat tilted up at some angle, or tilted down.

Still, this Greg Tocchini? Someone to look out for.

Has everyone seen Scott Lobdell's interview on Newsarama? There are some encouraging comments about Jason Todd's future:

"Since he crawled out of that grave, however, Jason hasn't done much mentally get out of that pine box: he hasn't left that "dark place." ..... Gayson in the first panel is... well, if I didn't know it was Jason, I'd have said he was a very froofy guy who was forced into a prison uniform.

The skull on his uniform, now, it tries to be threatening and yet it is too adorable.

Last panel looks less like he's wearing the top of a dildo and more like he stole one of Cobra Commander's more distinctive helms and spraypainted it
