The funny thing about the Tinker Bell picture is that Tink is supposed to be dressed rather provocatively. I remember reading the book a while ago and was surprised to read something along the lines that she was wearing a rather low-cut dress.

To be completely honest I'm not really that into Harry Potter, so some of the details for who goes in which house escape me, but your art is always amazing and from what you said the characters all seem like good fits for where you placed 'em. :)
