A Fearless Devil
Jul. 20th, 2011 03:41 pmGreetings, comrades. Some moments ago I had the chance to read the newest "first" issue of Daredevil and I must say it was a good reading as well as good to see Daredevil avoiding some of the Noir style that has plagued him for decades. The reason of this entry is to provide you with the best part of this new era for Daredevil. I am sure you'll like it.
The rewards of heroism.

I lived the detail that the guy who took the photographs is an homage to three of the best artists that worked during Daredevil's early and happy years.
I am looking forward to see more issues of this version of Daredevil.

Foggy: *looks around to see if Red hulk punched reality*
Seriously though I thought this was a great first issue and I am looking forward to where Waid goes with this take on Matt.
See? You can take a character in a new direction without rewriting his entire history.

I don't just want to get this, I NEED to get this.
No, this has nothing to do with that massive crush on Daredevil that formed in the past weeks of sleep deprivation.
Nah.
You know, I have to wonder... in that picture, his cane is very obviously the cane of a blind man... so... I don't know, is that just me seeing it, though?
