As seen in issue 1, the Outsider is an Indian named Michael Desai, born into poverty and orphandom but raising himself over time into a billionaire and power player. And he's invulnerable.
I like it--I kinda wish this would be his costume in the DCnU, especially since he's going to be in the group that kinda looks down at superheroes with their silly spandex.
Sadly, no--from what we've seen of him in Stormwatch, it seems like he's going to be wearing something similar to what he was wearing in Brightest Day.
More or less. The Outsider originally showed up and fought Batman and knew alot about Batman. He wasn't originally supposed to be Alfred, who was dead at the time but the editors wanted Alfred back to tie in with the old TV show or movies ( I forget) and the Outsider was revealed to be Alfred. Because of this the original story of the Outsider was never actually written and to this day no one at DC actually knows who the Outsider would've actually have been.
Really? I'm not really seeing it. I see the chest-cross which I guess could count, but the rest is a more of an adventure-archeologist to me if you will. Like an Indiana Jones.
well its the "ringer" the black leather jacket, the high boots, the black leather "Supergirl Final Night" pants (look it up, can't post it here as it is by he who must not be named), and what appears to be a white muscle shirt, all which scream leather daddy too me... hell add in the black ski mask to what he is wearing in the last panel too....
what seems off... is that his shirt seems to be a muscle shirt, but the sleeves of his jacket show white dress shirt cuffs... i mean even if it is not a t-shirt, it is clearly not a dress shirt...
addmittedly due to lighting those COULD be jeans... but its hard to be certain in that lighting...
