Another tale from Zoidstar, courtesy of the 1986 Zoids Annual
Most Zoids stories are told, not surprisingly, from the point of view of the Zoids, they ARE the major players after all, and have a toy line to promote..
We open with another fight between Blue Zoid leader Zoidzilla, and Red Zoid Leader Redhorn the Terrible (So this is set before the last story I posted, sorry if that's confusing). A swarm of Terrazoids join the fray in support of Zoidzilla, but are casually blasted out of the sky by Redhorn.
And so we meet our hero, the android pilot of one of the downed Terrazoids, who starts to have flashbacks to his past, when the organic Zoidaryans were still in charge.

I think that that is the android equivalent of a "Say.. WHAT?" moment..
So the onslaught on the rebel world starts. '6' is one of the Trooperzoids

The battle is a success (Of course it is, they have Great Gorgon, a 30 meter long, 200 ton mechanical stegasaurus which makes Imperial AT-AT look like wusses on their side), but there were heavy casualties, and our hero isn't happy about that...

He actively ATTACKS Gorgon which is Zoid shorthand for suicide. To his credit, Gorgon does TRY to have him report for reprogramming and correction, but '6' isn't having any of that.

Well, Gorgon DID try...
We return to the present for a panel...

"And now for him, the war is finally over"
(It should be noted this last line is superimposed over the battle between Zoidzilla and Redhorn that is actually still going on)
This is interesting tale, if a little... bleak. Clearly PTSD is something that the Zoidaryan Empire wasn't ready to accept.
