Wow. That's a lot. My favorites were... 5, 6 and 15. (4 and 17, while I like them, have just too much uninterrupted blue all together to make my favorites, like the dcnu Superman costume does)
You know, it would be pretty cool if they did a modern day version of this--ask people to design a new costume for Supergirl, and the winner gets credit for it and she wears that costume for a solid run.
I don't think it's completely implausible for them to do this--they did do that Legion leader election a year or so back.
Love the quick changes. Reminds me of a scene in Byrne-era Alpha Flight where Sasquatch and Aurora are getting ready to investigate something but she's out of costume; he suggests she should go change and before he finishes his sentence in the next panel, she's in costume like it was no big deal.
I love all of the costumes in that page. I'm sure other artists could make me not like at least some of them in context, but all of those, just how they're drawn, are wonderful. Especially the second one and the fourth one.
If you mean the second one... that isn't actually the DCnu costume. There are passing similarities, yes, but the things those two costumes have in common are not the parts of the new one that I dislike. I don't particularly hate the existence of a leotard-style bottom, although I can think of better options as well... it's the way the DCnu one is cut so high on the hip and crotch that I hate, along with the random red bit that looks like it's meant to make you think of the shorts without actually being such, and so instead just looks foolish. What I dislike of the new one is only the section from waist to knees, and while the pictured costume also leaves the legs bare, I feel that it is done in a way that still looks classy enough that I can appreciate the rest of the outfit anyways, being cut like a proper leotard and not something that tells you exactly what Kara's shaving habits are down there... this costume comes off looking like a gymnast's leotard, while the images I've seen of the DCnu uniform tend to make it look like she forgot her pants.
