I've seen most of these before, though TBC never gets old, but a couple are new to me, the Red Hoodarem/Jason one and the one with the lady who I don't recognise with Dr Mid-Nite, Obsidian and Sandman? (Who is she?)

Love the Nightwing and Starfire one, which is owned by a fellow s_d-er though for the moment I can't remember who (sorry!)

I love the Gotham Girls one, especially that someone seems to subscribe to the same belief I have that Ivy should be barefoot. An evil environmentalist in touch with nature who perpetually wears presumably synthetic-made stockings and either leather or plastic boot never made any sense to me.

That aside, that piece makes up for ALL the missed potential of Gotham City Sirens.

In an urban environment she'd be MORE likely to wear something to protect her from the pollution encrusted ground, no?

Wearing leather wouldn't be an issue for her, as she has no problem with dead animals, though if you went down that route, given her powers, creating footwear out of some form of cotton seems possible.

If she's invulnerable to all poisons, toxins and the like - which seems to depend upon who writes her and when - then she doesn't really need to bother with footwear.

I always thought she was against man abusing nature to the point where it would include animals, though. If not, leather could be an option for her, but I suppose even cotton could have bad connotations given picking it could possibly harm the plants.

Fair point on the toxins, I was thinking more of rough tarmac and broken glass on the ground.

Her ecological views have always been very much "pro-flora, and fauna be damned" (though she has a particular loathing of humans), she views herself as a plant, not an animale. So in that light, choosing leather over cotton makes sense.

The second scan is even worse. Sure, that polar bear will make short work of those poachers, but what happens when he's through with them, and finds himself surrounded by his primary food source? Arthur just chucked the big fella in the middle of an eat-all-you-can buffet.

Aaaaand now I'm imagining Arthur and Tora at the JLA Watchtower swapping seal recipes.

I keep looking at the "Gotcha!" scan and can't help but think this ends in Jason/Babs/Mia/Steph/Cass sexytime. The shit-eating grins on their faces certainly don't help dispel that implication.
