Supergirl crashlands on Earth, in Siberia. Per something called the Visitor Protocols, the Russian government cannot interfere as the Americans send a team to investigate the crash site.
"...the dream isn't over?"
She's shocked into the reality of the situation when the armored guys start trying to capture her.
And that's when Superman shows up.
