I mean, on one hand, with a concept where these expendable psychos going on the most dangerous missions called the SUICIDE Squad almost guarantees that there has to be some casualties, but I would think killing one within two issues with another promised for three means that you'll have to either create a lot of new characters, which may or may not work, or resurrect them, which dulls some of that danger.
