At the same location where Abe and Capt. Daimo fought and killed an Ugdru Hem infant, there are more disappearances of locals.
With Abe Sapien in a coma, and the Bureau without a field leader, Agent Johan Strauss the ghost-in-a-shell has a chance for some payback. He leads a team into the cold north, and while Strauss is stalking his prey for one-on-one combat... things do not go as planned.
The BPRD team awaits the return of their field leader....
Yeah, the rest of the issue is pretty much "Oh FUCK!"
