1. So Jailbait's running with St. Lucifer (there was an actual Saint Lucifer irl)

2. The Lieutenant/Commissioner has committed suicide.

3. Max Damage has been accepted (to an extent) but not forgiven - he killed kids remember?

4. And the fallout from the Plutonian's "parents" is worse than anything the Plutonian ever did. Great, maybe they should have just let him rampage rather than irradiating the whole of earth's crust.

In all fairness, when they released Plutonian's parents, they thought that only a third of the world would die and they'd be rid of the madman forever.
