Date: 2012-02-25 12:58 pm (UTC)Plus, to say the guy didn't switch cast members or deal with new people is a little unfair, given other writers on the X-Men don't deal with absolutely everyone in a single book - And when they do, like Fraction seemingly tried to, it bogs the book down. Plus, Bendis did switch new members in and the like.

my mind immediately went to watxm and uxm because they're the flagship books right now, but maybe all will change after versus?

Date: 2012-02-25 03:53 pm (UTC)The fact that people complain about his run on the Avengers, though - and yet it's still Marvel's biggest property since he came in, really says a lot about the internet audience and what kind of effect they actuall have on sales, somehow. But I doubt he'd take Aaron's place in WATXM, since, again, that book is basically Aaron's, and he's leaving Wolverine shortly, anyway.

great! but he's still an architect, so unless they mean for events only, i'll always be wary he'll be given one of the big x-books to run.

is it? honest question, because whenever i check sales charts (not often at all), there's usually at least one x-book ahead of the main avengers titles. both uncanny and watxm in the past 6 months if google isn't lying to me.
