So, in my last post on Cybersix Cybersix engineers a two-person love triangle with her love interest, Lucas Amato, and her alter ego, Adrian Seidelman 'competing' for her affections. Of course, there was no way that would not be followed up on in later chapters.
(Warning - some rather vile language is used toward Cybersix at one point.)
Not too long after that, Lori, Adrian's student and stalker (who is revealed in this chapter to have been raised in a circus family, and trained as an acrobat) decides that she's going to follow him home, and tell him again she's in love with him. Why she thinks this'll go better than her earlier attempts can really only be chalked up to delusion.
So, she gets to the apartment slightly after Adrian, and...

So, she decides to follow Cybersix. The chase is mostly not shown - we get a panel of Cybersix over the city thinking about her plan to seduce Lucas, and a few panels of Lori in a rather precarious perch across from Lucas's apartment as Cybersix heads in which would be vaguely inexplicable, if we hadn't been told a few pages previous that she was an accomplished acrobat.
Anyway, yeah...stalker stalks, and...

Lori's face... *shivers*
So, Lucas and Cybersix, oblivious to the crazy girl outside the window, start to have sex.

Fricking Hell, Lori, what is wrong with you?

Cybersix doesn't chase Lori, she stays to try to explain to Lucas. So Lori manages to make her way back to Adrian's apartment, thinking she'll find Adrian there.... Yeah, we all know how this is going to go.

Shortly afterward, we rejoin Adrian, pondering the situation.

Gotta love Adrian's reaction to that last kick in the shins. So used to being the buttmonkey, at this point, that this isn't even enough to faze.
Approximately 4 pages out of 12.

Date: 2012-04-18 01:28 pm (UTC)A couple elements of this story were incorporated into the episode Lori is Missing (just watched it, thus this post) - she pays a visit to Adrian, sees Cybersix (who is clothed, not naked as she is when Lori spots her in this version) speaking affectionately to Data, then later tells Lucas about it, causing a temporary rift between Lucas and Adrian.
But, she doesn't stalk Cyber. She seems to have come by Adrian's address through methods less creepy then following him home. When she tells Lucas, while she clearly enjoys getting under his skin, she's not frothing at the mouth, and the worst she says about Cyber is calling her a bimbo, under her breath. And, since she didn't mess up Adrian's life nearly as bad, her continued attempts to gain his affections are far less 'wth, girl?'
(Also, both Lucas and Cyber like her fairly well, thinking she's a nuisance, but a 'good kid' at the core.)

Date: 2012-04-21 07:53 pm (UTC)...and curse Vents-d'Ouest: turns out, the French translation was never completed? it lacks a few tomes to finish the story.Does anyone knows where I could find the original Spanish version? Even amazon.es doesn't have it, only an Italian translation, and I don't speak Italian.
