One page from WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN #11. One page shows three simultaneous battles between the Avengers and the X-Men. Both Ben Grimm and Peter Parker make amusing comments.

I hear you, Spider-Man. It was a better when heroes would fight and then team-up, and not fight if a redheaded teenager was going to destroy the world.
The issue also covers why Logan decides not to kill Hope. And it doesn't have to do with Jean, since Hope *doesn't* remind Logan of Jean (other than the red hair). It is that Logan has something like a conscience.

Date: 2012-06-01 04:16 am (UTC)And I giggled at the bit about Hope not reminding Wolverine of Jean. Despite the fact that they keep repeating that over and over, they still made Hope an omega level mutant, with red hair/green eyes, a member of the Summers-Grey family, with a connection to the phoenix force. They even changed her costume to look similar to Jean's phoenix costume.
