Still, it will be nice to see the movements of Miles compared to the experienced Peter Parker (and Pete, don't disappoint/job. You just went through Spider Island. A teen with spider-powers should not be an issue.

Maybe it's because it's missing the words, but some of the poses here feel kinda...posed. Not like these two are flowing through their action, but more like they're posing. It's especially apparent in the next page...though, it could just be me, I dunno.

Still, really looking forward to this--Bendis has a pretty good handle on both Peter and Miles, so it should be interesting to see what the story is and how the two interact.

I saw it. Specially because initially I didn't quite recognize that as his arm.

I don't know. I was seeing it from my phone. I looked at it and just thought "What the heck is he shooting that from..." and it took quite a few seconds for my mind to understand that his hand was being cut off by the panel.

Sometimes, I think back to our time together and I smile bitterly. I know not where my innocence hid, and I care not, for I only regret not having embraced the other much sooner.

And I just came back from another post, and I can hear Innocence tearing its shirt apart while yelling at the sea. That is one loud shirt. Je ne regrette rien.

That was magnificent. There are no words to describe the heart-wrenching depth and beauty. Tears flow like rivers down the faces of every member of scans daily as they watch the tearing of the loud shirt by the sea. Whispered words from a foreign language leave behind a feeling of release, both bitter and satisfying. A light wind blows and a paper flutters overhead. J'aime le pamplemousse.

Yes, I can sense its presence behind me, in my past. I give no look back, not so much to hide my tears as to hide the fact that I actually shed none.
And this cruel satisfaction taking over me while I abandon myself to passion confirms my embrace of the other.

Some local film reviewer complained about the web fluid/manly body fluid connection back when the first of the films appeared.

So I can't really blame this board for anything, though it's always tempting to blame it for everything. :D

We made jokes about calling Dateline's "To Catch A Predator" in the last preview, and now Peter's actually shooting a sticky white fluid at a young boy. Oh my, what would Aunt May say?

(Actually, I do want to see Ult!Aunt May show up and meet 616!Peter. I expect hugs.)

From the expressions and the way Miles covers his mouth, i think he called Pete by name or mentioned his death, realized this is a much older Pete, knew he goofed and that's when Pete decided he needed to catch this kid and find out who the heck he is. I will say, i do like the size difference, showing Pete's an adult and Miles is still a kid. I hope they can have a fun team-up, lord knows we can use some fun.

I really love how Pichelli draws body language. It works really well for Miles in his book and it works well for me here even without words.

My guess; Peter has just found out that there's a kid running around as Spider-Man, and decides to shut him down before he gets killed.

And he probably realizes how hypocritical this is, and doesn't care in the slightest.
