My biggest problem with it was that it seemed to always try to delay the inevitable. Clark really should have been Superman by season 7 or 8, or whenever the hell he decided to become the Blur.
Yeah, Merlin (which producers have admitted is heavily inspired by Smallville), seems to be trying to avoid these pitfalls by moving the story along and really seems to be working so far for me. Still loved smallville, though, I need more super-hero on my tv.
Since the DCnu, I've only seen like one comic with the red undies. What's with that? I get that they would want to promote the *~REBOOTED CONTINUITY~* but come on, the costume in the finale had them.
Part 6, technically. They're releasing installments of the issues every Friday and then releasing the issues afterwards. I think only the first issue came out so far, that had maybe the first two or three installments.
