It's a shame really, because I remind myself of Gutters every so often and I do think that a webcomic that pokes fun at the comics industry current events regularly is well appreciated(ergo all the support for Casstoons and other fan comics that we see here ocasionally).
It's a shame that every time I remind myself to see Gutters though, it's 4/5ths of facepalming writing and 1/5th of a joke with potential.
He's usually SO classy. Like the Gutters where he had the Justice League treating Zatanna like a stripper, ending with the obviously hilarious 'joke' of Batman sticking dollar bills into her bra. Oh, man, that sure was hilarious, and not at all misogynistic.
Or that towering inferno of comedy in which an entire strip was devoted to the theme of. "Power Girl! Boobies! HURDUR".
Or that wonderfully tasteful continual theme of portraying Alan Moore as a raving, mentally unstable homeless person - the ironic twist being Moore's own efforts to help the homeless, and his most recent work (LOEG Century: 2009) briefly exploring their terrible plight in the modern world.
