scans_daily¡Hola mis amigos (y amigas)! I'm a new member not just to dreamwidth, but Scans Daily (I've been checking it out for months now before I made an account)! I decided that my first post should be about a comic that I notice hasn't been seen on Scans Daily: The Rocketeer! Okay, here's where we are so far, Cliff has just gotten his jetpack, and has just had his first adventure (with Doc Savage); however, because it is stolen government property, he's wanted by the law. Thankfully, he manages to fake his own death, leaving him safe for the time being. Using this to his advantage, he decides to go to New York to go after his girlfriend, Betty, so that he can try to prevent her from going to Paris with her creepy photographer, Marco. Unfortunately, things don't go according to plan, and Cliff is going to need some help from a certain "shadowy" figure...
Yes, that is Lamont Cranston, the Shadow's alter-ego. This is my first post, and I don't have a scanner. Thankfully, I have an iPad, so hopefully the pictures turn out okay. If there's a problem let me know. God, this was a b*tch to load, I tried e-mailing it to my account, but that failed miserably. Thankfully the e-mail was already sent, so I was able to copy the image's URL and everything. If there is an easier way to do this, please let me know. But until them... adios mis amigos (y amigas)! Mi espanol es muy mal! Also, if anyone knows how to make it visible only when you click it, please let me know.
