This comes from Marvel Knights Spider-Man #21. During this time, Peter had been killed in a fight with Morlun as part of a large crossover between all the Spidey titles (spoiler: he got better). Peter and MJ had been living in the Avengers Mansion at the time, so Logan attempts to help MJ deal with her grief the only way he knows how.
