Also, if Red Hood and his gang did rank up a "multitude of crimes" like Superman says they did. He would take them down and make sure they go to court to pay for them, not look the other direction. I mean Jason and his gang have killed people in the past, sure they were bad people but they still killed them. Since when is Superman okay with killing?
