It's just so easy to imagine Barbara just casually dismissing the initial email from Karen towards the spam folder. And then grumbling all the way home once she understood the consequences of her folly.

Just to be a bit mean, I could say that Stephanie would never make such a mistake. She might offer some waffles instead though.
