That only sort of looks like Smallville Flash. Do they not have the rights to Kyle Gallner's likeness, or is it just an artistic choice not to try that hard?

Possible. Though, its mostly the hair that makes it notably different.

This whole set of pages are really good. Despite Smallville driving me crazy at times, I still tuned in every week and enjoyed the show. I'm glad the comic is doing well.
