Stephanie Brown's Ever Changing Mother
May. 12th, 2013 10:32 pmA thing I've noticed with Stephanie's mum is that she rarely seemed to share a character design over a stretch of time.
So in addition to the most recent thing of her being a doctor with light brown hair and glasses...

...she's also had darker hair and looked a little older than she did later...

...To a design completely different from the other two, strange.

The action lines and expressions suggest this wasn't some "get away from me!" shove of disgust. She kicked him in the balls and straight-up slugged him twice. And with her mom's reaction I think we're supposed to read it as humorous (and even within the story itself, it's verbal endorsement of violence). It's just all around gross.
