One comic that you've wanted to try but were waiting to get a good deal on
A new shirt
A conversation with someone whose work you enjoy.
I also make sure to stop by the Manofaction booth once a SDCC to talk to Duncan Roulaeu. He's surprisingly frank about behind the scenes Ben 10 information. They put some stuff in the background that never made it into the show, and I love hearing about it.
