Okay, ICeman turned into Santa, there's a Wolvie with energy claws, Iron-Man, Colossus with an awesomestache, a black panther-riding kid, and Phoenix-Guy.


I have no idea what that's supposed to mean.

'Wolvie' looks like either Tessa or Betsy. The Crimson Dawn tattoo likely means it's Betsy, but the purple shades are more of Sage's thing. Maybe they did the fusion dance?

And the panther looks like it has a variant of Lockjaw's 'tuning fork' on its forehead.

Ok we got Vampire Jubilee with some Wolverine-esc claws, Quinten Quire as Phoenix, Oya riding a giant panther (Beast?), Colossus with a mustache and Magik's sword, and Iceman as some kinda wizard.

Which leaves us wondering the identities of the Dr. Strange looking guy, and Iron X-Man. Going to guess the dude with the cloak is Wiccan, and that the armored guy is Juston Seyfert which would explain the domesticated Sentinels. (Yeah Juston died in Avengers Arena but screw A.A.)

Er, I think that's Quentin looking like Doctor Strange. He's got the extremely round head, and there's a bit of the pink hair peeking out from under the hood. I'm not sure who our Phoenix is, but they don't look particularly Quentinesque.

Wonder if his new codename is Ice King. ..in which case I think the Iron-Sentinel-X-Man should be his Nice Knight.

Does he have a desire to kidnap princesses I wonder.

No, that's Ashanti. The Vishanti are Agamotto, Hoggoth, and Oshtur, three benevolent extradimensional entities possessing vast mystical power, who bestow mystical knowledge and power upon sorcerers who invoke their names and whom they consider worthy.

What's more, they've given away several. Strange's had two already.

One has to wonder how exactly Agamotto isn't constantly stubbing his toes, while he stumbles blindly through the myriad magical dimensions.

2. Female Wolvie psychic claws is probably a variant of Wild Thing from MC2, maybe with the same origins.
3. Girl-on-a-panther could be a daughter of T'Challa (and Storm?) with the Panther God as her guardian.
4. Piotr's growing his magnificent pornstache convinced Ilyana that she was no longer worthy to wield the Soulsword, and she relinquished it to him.

You mean like NEW MUTANTS (vol. 1) #49? That had one of those "the mutants are oppressing humans" futures, with a 50+ year old Katie Power as a freedom fighter. It is Earth 87050.

The writing this issue felt pretty... terrible if I'm honest. And I've been enjoying this event so far. I'm not sure Jason Aaron has a good voice when it comes to the X-men. His stuff on Thor looks good though.

The preview of All new X-Men 17 at CBR gives far clearer images of the group, and it's almost certainly Jubilee (not a kid of Wolverine/Electra/Psylocke/Whoever) going by the overall look, pink glasses and vampire-pale skin. And she has a regular scar (silver or holy water inflicted, perhaps?) not a crimson dawn one.

I saw that preview. The guy with the Eye of Agamotto seems to be Doc Magus, the Sorcerer Supreme from the SPIDER-GIRL era.
