Question: Who is Red Leader and what's his backstory?

Red Leader is the original Leader Samuel Sterns whose been depowered, repowered, killed, and brought back in a remarkable short period of time. He's now working for Thunderbolt Ross for uh... reasons.

Boy oh boy have I had enough of that particular brand of government operative character. The old "coercive, but cute about it" thing has really worn thin on me over the past couple of years.

Am I the only one who thinks that Elektra looks really good when she's wearing that cloak. I hope it goes on to become part of her regular attire.

I'd be kind of iffy on making something made out of the skins of sentient beings as part of my attire. But I guess I'm just picky like that.

Well I didn't include it but the line from the previous page that set it up was Frank prior to arriving in Jotuheim being all like "Lets Go Kill Some Gods" and Agent Venom saying "You can't kill gods..."

Aside from Deadpool having a magic hat (Which is a standard cliche in such situations), and a barbarian with a club, not really seeing a D&D skit out of this... If the cloak makes Elektra invisible then perhaps, but without a shield, a staff or a bow, it's not even half the set.

T.I.M.E: Temporal Irregularity Management and Eradication

S.W.O.R.D: Sentient World Observation and Response Department

W.A.N.D: Wizardry, Alchemy, & Necromancy Department.

There's also ExTechOp, their mad science department, and Psi-Division which deals with psionic surveillance and control of threats of the like.

As I understood it, ARMOR and SWORD are separate agencies that generally cooperate with SHIELD, while WAND here is a subdivision?

Haven't heard of TIME before.

They showed up earlier this year in Mark Waid's Indestructible Hulk run for a story-line appropriately enough called "Agent of T.I.M.E." which ran from issues 11-15 as well as an Age of Ultron tie-in.

I hope it gets revealed that "Cloack" was a typo, and it's actually the Cloaca of Whispers.
