Good riddance. Now get someone better to right a Young Justice comic based more along the lines of the TV show, please... which I did actually hear rumours a month or so ago about that being an actual possiblity. Hm.

And ending the series with more Harvest nonsense. Sure, whatever, just as long as this insulates from the rest of the DCU now.

Also, is that where Skitter disappeared to? To obtain a piece of the Witchblade (seriously, it's exactly the same!).

It's probably for the best. I kinda liked the way Lobdell reinterpreted many of the characters, I really liked Bunker, and I thought the conceit he created (a team of teen superheroes out to protect other teen metahumans from being manipulated or wrongfully durressed) was an interesting idea. The problem is that after a while Lobdell just never took them anywhere.

Hopefully in May a stronger creative team can take this team (or at least some of this team) and do something better with them.

All team needs a complete reboot. Especially Bart's origin is completely fucked over.

Has Kiran received any sort of character development since she was re-introduced? Skitter... I recall her being prominent in previews during the reboot but she dropped off, right?

I dropped Titans after everyone aside from Bunker began to grate on me so I am a bit behind...

I think the Tron uniforms and the whole Culling stuff sealed this version of TT for me. I have no idea what's happened in the book since. I do hope it gets rebooted, hopefully with some personality transplants for some of the characters, but then again I can say that with other DCnU books that are still ongoing.

Stopped reading as soon as the whole tron/hunger games things started. I'm sure they'll have a new book with a new creative team out shortly since it's one of their big properties. I hope it turns out better than this one.

Sorry, but we're likely never to see a Teen Titans based on Young Justice cartoon other than the Cartoon Network trade paperbacks. The show was too popular with girls. That's why it was cancelled.

I assume Raven will be gone by then, probably in her one-shot. If TT isn't going to be the venue for it, I wonder where they'll stage the big Trigon Showdown - Phantom Stranger? Justice League Dark? Certainly any of those would make more sense for Raven and Trigon than Titans at this point.

Oh, and I give less than a flip about all those other people up there.

This book actually made me dislike Tim. TIM! I'm glad to see it gone and eager for the stench to clear the room.

One of my main gripes with this run was something relatively trivial: the prevalence of red and black. There was just way too much red.

Other gripes: boring archvillain, lack of character development, the whole "demon-influenced sex" thing, replacing a hero with his evil alternate universe counterpart, Raven's costume...really, the only decent part of this run was Bunker, and he left partway through the run.

But really, the worst for me was all the red. The last thing I want from my comicbooks is to be reminded of the one time I foolishly played a Virtual Boy.

I can't say I'm surprised or upset. This run steadily got more and more disappointing as it dragged on. I don't know what it was about Scott Lobdell, but everything he's touched of late has repelled me. He caused me to drop Teen Titans and the entire Superman family (well, there were other reasons... H'el crossovers, the Superboy mess, but still.)

Maybe, juuuust maybe, if a creator I trust takes on the team and can do something worthwhile with them, I'll consider returning.

But no more traitors. No more Harvest. Ugh.

the problem with the DCnU has been for me that the good stuff has been average good. Nothing that needed a reboot to come up with and nothing earth shattering/reality changing.

THe bad stuff has been so far reaching it would need a whole new reboot to get rid of it.
