I didn't think of that. I thought they referenced Eva and the snake in Eden but don't know how that would fit within the context of this story.

Also I can't look at Brother Jonah and not think he looks like Jesus Christ. The fact that he just came back from the dead doesn't help, either.

With all these hints, I think we can all agree who the eventual betrayer of this little group will be. Brother Jonah is clearly the obvious one.

I had my doubts, but this book has somehow become weirdly way better with Snyder off. And I like Snyder's writing, but I think his stories were just a casualty of leading up to Rotworld. This is just... Really interesting stuff, IMO.

So far, I'm liking this series a lot. And I have to admit, it was pretty heartwarming to me that Swamp Thing was willing to honor a deal that his predecessor made to help Capucine, even though they outright stated he had no real obligation to do so.

This artist is pretty good. I'm seeing a lot of influences/possible swipes, but they're pretty good influences (or swipes) to have. Some Milo Manara influence, I would say, and beyond drawing...big-eyed...women. And I believe he cribbed some Alan Davis poses in Capucine's flashback.

And Capucine looks a bit like Tilda Swinton.
