The vampire hunters hijack Dracula's henchmen's carridge and race to Buckingham Palace, where, obviously, the guards dont to kindly to a bunch of armed men trying to break into the place while waving guns and knives in the air. Luckily, Mycroft Holmes runs up with a bunch of policemen, and he explains the situation.
Unfortunately, although he was able to relay the danger the Queen was in... it seems that the Palace didnt really take his warnings seriously.

Spotting Dracula is the dude in the culturally insensative costume, Holmes and the vampire hunters advance on him while Royal Marines rush to try and try and get between Queen Victoria and the undead creature of the night. John Brown (real dude, historially) attempts to save the Queen, just like he did from a human assassin some years prior, but is both mauled by Dracula and thrown bodily at the Marines for his trouble.
With Dracula now holding Victoria by the throat, Holmes and the Count meet each other for the first time in the story. Dracula threatens them to keep back, as he now holds their empire by the throat, while Holmes says that if he hurts her he'll just straight up murder him in response. The Count takes the opportunity to boast about how, with his immortality, all he has to do is wait and he can just try again down the line from some refuge elsewhere in the country... but for that to happen, he first needs chaos, so he tears out Victoria's throat and dives out the window.
Quincy Morris and Holmes jump on Dracula just as he's transforming into a giant bat to make his escape, and begin hacking away at the vampire with their knives. This obviously makes Dracula quite quickly crash into a construction site a small distance away, in an impact that unfortunately results in Morris dying of his injuries. This just leaves Holmes and the Count himself...

Holmes carries Dracula's severed head back to the palace, where it gives it to Van Helsing and explains that Morris is dead. Everyone is still upset that Dracula did managed to kill Queen Victoria, but it seems that Holmes actually has some good news! It seems that she wasn't actually Victoria, but an extraordinarily brave retired stage actress that fills in for the queen when they suspect things might become too dangerous for her to be around. Mycroft confirms this, saying that the Queen is actually at Windsor Castle.
Everyone breathes a sigh of relief, as it seems that the threat is actually over. Holmes says that this probably isn't the case, as the work of the Diogenes Club and their combing the globe for supernatural creatures to add to the British Empires arsenal may have just opened Pandora's Box, and who knows what other things might come out of the wood work now. It's now a time of gods and monsters, says Holmes, and he only hopes that the future has a place for mankind too...
---
Unfortunately there isn't a third series of Victorian Undead, besides a one-shot issue with Mr Hyde based in between zombie invasion and this Dracula storyline. It would have been interesting for this to become a thing, but really it seemed to get lost in the shuffle during the reboot or something.
Up next, as I'm still in a horror mood: More American Vampire! Specifically, the story of FIRST American vampire.
