They'd be an odd choice for resurrection, since they weren't terribly memorable, and only two of them that I know of were killed, Titania and Letha, but hey, maybe the Hood was an Unlimited Class Wrestling fan when he was a kid.

No. But Dormammu apparently does. He just got some mojo from Dormy for this occasion (and when he resurrected Microchip and Castle's family).

And, now that I checked it, she and Letha were resurrected in that Punisher story. Not sure if they survived it, though.
