The weird thing about that costume is that it was specifically designed for Cassandra by Morrison and Burnham. It is NOT a legacy costume from any other character in DC history, the way Huntress's Batgirl costume which Cass wore was. To have a character who is not Cass wear it in "the future" when Cass hasn't even appeared several years into the "new 52" is either a massive case of trolling or pure insensitivty on DC's part.

Of course if it IS supposed to be Cass and she's been miscoloured/white-washed that's also par for the course by DC. Onyx, anyone?
