Norman Osborn breaks mad, and Dr. Richards goes a-realizing

so, when last we left the Fantastic Four, Norman Osborn and Venom and a bunch of mooks showed up at the Baxter Building, where Reed Richards was reality-diving to see if any other configuration of reality could've headed off the events that've passed.



(yes, there's multiple groups of Fantastic Fours... apparently they're being pulled along by the bridging Reed's doing, or something.)





hee, Robo-Thing. (I have to wonder, though, why the corruption is represented by... Skrulls covered in Venom-spawn. Eh, whatevs.)

so, anyhow, this leads Reed to realize that he is the smartest man alive and he must do what needs to be done to live up to his family name and face FULL LIFE CONSEQUENC... I mean, fix things. Without anyone else's help.

Meanwhile, the Richards children have to deal with Norman and Venom. (Yes, it's Gargan and not Peter. We can tell this because Norman says he'll let Venom eat the lawyer who drew up the " representative of Norman Osborn " thing and Venom does something like a happyface.)

Franklin decides to fuck with him by wearing a Spider-Man mask...

...which works out to Norman Osborn just straight up pulling a handgun on them. And shooting at them. And them running.

probably should've brought along Noh-Varr or Moonstone to tip the scales in his favor instead.
