I've recently gotten into Steven Universe, which is a fun as hell show, and decided to look up the comics to tide me over until the series resumes...as anthology comics, they're predictably uneven, often being somewhat out of character...but one story from issue 5 struck me as a rather perfect snapshot of Pearl and Amethyst...

A predictable enough sequence, to be sure, but it's so very well done, I think. The art is gorgeous (even if Pearl's hair is a bit oversaturated...a common issue in the colour stories), and Pearl's speech balloon 'stabbing' Amethyst is a cute visual trick, which I always enjoy when I see it used. And the lettering style captures Pearl's diction perfectly, IMO.
