I found the Sentinel stuff really cool for some reason, and the big crash next issue was pretty exciting too. I just wish Mark Millar wasn't the worst at delivery. His concepts are always quite sound, but a lot of his dialogue and interaction is terrible.

There's a grandeur and rare power in seeing giants doing giant things. They understood that in Attack on Titan, they understand it here. It's the rare sight of something pitiless, unstoppable, horrifically destructive and unfeeling evil brought to bear.

And this time, they aren't being used as giant speed bumps with energy beams. That always helps.

Maybe it's a straw-in-a-tornado thing? At the very least, his power has to protect him from some pretty severe shock layer effects at the speeds he can fly.

Yeah I think it's generally a given that any speedster has some kind of super-toughness to withstand the wear-and-tear on their own bodies. Quicksilver's mentioned to have this as well.

I like how the last pic of all three sentinels together makes them look almost penitent, like they're "oh, man, we stomped a bunch of muties into paste AGAIN? Mom's gonna be so mad..."

I cannot EVER imagine Wolverine being sanguine about using Sentinels to kill mutants, especually since being revived by the Hand doesn't automatically make you irredeemably evil, does it?

And Northstar not able to dodge out of the way of a slap from Wolverine? Really?
