This chapter contains material discussing suicide. Be warned.
Both Saki and Mirai have arrived at the stadium to check things out, staying under the radar. They both notice a couple of other angels in the area, but try not to look at them to draw suspicion on themselves. At home, Revel and Nasse watch the action on TV.
Metropoliman shows up soon, but...

Blue takes a shot, but the Red Arrow doesn't work on the guy! It turns out to be an impostor dressed up as Metropoliman, who has been already struck with a Red Arrow. Blue angrily demands that the real Metropoliman appear.
While they wait, the two talk amongst themselves...

The three argue a bit (there's a lot of technical stuff about the power of their arrows and stuff) and the two state they'll be taking the impostor, since they guess they can get some info out of him. Suddenly...

Metropoliman stabs the girl with a red arrow, putting her under his control. He flies off and reappears on the jumbo screen, mocking the two and saying he'll kill them both.

Then two more people in costume show up...

Blue and Yellow shoot the two both with Red Arrows, go and pick them up from the stands, and return back to homeplate where the impostor Blue is.

Turns out our villain switched places with the impostor when the two were getting Pink & Green, who turned out to be actors hired by Metropoliman. The chapter ends with Blue dead and Yellow under Metropoliman's control. He calls out for the little girl to come over, since it's time to begin Stage 2.
Sorry guys, this was a hard chapter to do a post on. It was much heavier on the dialogue and the characters were all about talking about their plans and the rules of arrows in great detail. To get a better grasp of the situation, I recommend reading the chapter yourself since I had to trim a lot of material.

Maybe one of the rules is that you can only brainwash one person within a certain time frame, and then you have to wait a bit before you can do it again?
