To be fair, Carol wasn't there for the meat of the complexities... all she really knows is 'Ultron'. She doesn't know the sticky parts. So to her, this is black & white, she doesn't know that they're not sure they didn't just send their friend and founding Avenger to the grave with Ultron.
Don't worry Hank, death is far more favorable than Civil War 2 say hi for Bruce Banner and Rhodes for me when you get a chance. On the bright side I don't have to read Rage of Ultron
I am really loving Vision 4.0 or whatever. He actually a really interesting and fun character....plus he doesn't job all the time like some of the earlier versions.
It's become more complicated because Rogue was sharing her body with Carol's ex-boyfriend Simon, who's consciousness seems to have dissipated or been completely suppressed.
This was a fantastic arc. It was amazing to see all three teams of Avengers (Uncanny, the core team, and Ultimates) contribute to this when the chips were down. Jesus, we even got character development out of Deadpool this arc.
Deadpool.
This was amazing, this is the sort of thing I want to see out of the Avengers. They're fighting villains, they're working together. They're taking hits, but they're doing what it takes to win. The story has impact, the victory has cost, and the stakes will matter in the future.
This was a great Avengers story, something we didn't see in the Bendis and Hickman years.
To be honest, I'm surprised at how quickly the story revealed the 'Ultron's using Hank Pym's body as a meat puppet (apparently)' plot point, since I expected that would have been dragged out for a bit longer.
I liked the scene where Hank and Wasp were talking about their relationship, reminiscing about happy times like their vacation in Montauk, or their long walks on the beach... then she reveals to Captain America that she just made the whole story up, thus confirming (to her horror) that Ultron killed him.
