Never really liked how they essentially got rid of N52 Superman and Lois.

I assume she's not really dead, or else this comic started off at nice dark place.

So this is nu52 Lois and Lana right? I think I remember when nu52 Superman died, his powers shot off into L and L.

Yeah, that's who they are, so Lana had the closer relationship with Clark.

I don't know where they're going with this, but Issue 1 was certainly an interesting start.

I don't know, i think this means Lana was really the Superwoman of the book.

I'm guessing she is, this IS the Superwoman title, but who Superwoman is, is not what we were expecting until that final page.

To cut a long story short, New 52 Superman has ceased to be, and now Pre-Flashpoint Superman's in town, along with waifu Lois and son-boy. New 52 Supes got his powers fired off into New 52 Lois and Lana, and the rest is Rebirth.

Hmm...slight problem, though...Clark shaved (well burnt) the beard off before he started wearing the new costume. He's never actually been publicly seen with both beard and cape. (His Lois might have seen him in costume before he shaved, but nobody else has.)

Typically, and specifically in this case, a mirror and his heat vision. (Also, usually, his hair doesn't grow unless his powers are suppressed in some way.)

I believe Donna Troy is pretty much up there too, even nowadays, when her Nu52 origin is already blown out of the water by the new Titans title.
